There is no movement on my tracking number. What should I do?

If your tracking number shows no movement, the order has been shipped and left our facility. However, the carrier hasn't scanned the package yet. And, unfortunately, this happens more than we'd like to admit. After the package leaves our warehouse, the only information we have is what the tracking number indicates.

If it has been less than 7 days since the order was shipped, wait for another 24-48 hrs and then your tracking number may show movement.

But, if it has been longer than 7 days, the carrier may have lost the package in transit. According to our Shipping Policy, Vicky Cakes is not responsible for lost/missing packages.

In this case, please contact your carrier to file a claim.

Products are missing from my order. What should I do?

We're so sorry we may have missed something from your order! First, please take a photo of what you received in your order.

Next, contact us here to submit a support ticket and someone from our team will make it right.

We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on international shipping options.

Are your products dairy-free and can you substitute any of the ingredients?

Accepted Answer

We are proud to say that our products are indeed dairy-free and completely vegan. There are no dairy products like powdered eggs or powdered milk in our products. You can freely use vegan milk substitutes like soy, almond, or coconut milk. You can also use vegan egg replacers like applesauce, JUST Egg, or aquafaba.

The buttermilk is not required, but it does give your food an extra kick of flavor. You can either make your own vegan buttermilk following the instructions on the back of the bag or simply use more vegan milk in place of buttermilk.

For the best results, follow the cooking instructions on the back of the packaging.

Yes, you can use the store locator map on our website to find a store nearest you! And, you can always talk to your local store managers and request they add Vicky Cakes to the shelves. Your voice as a shopper carries a lot of weight!
